Shipping & Delivery
I did not receive the order confirmation email
Some email addresses such as Hotmail, Yahoo or Orange may not receive automatic order confirmation emails .
We encourage you to check your spam or junk mail folder if, within 30 minutes of placing your order, you have not received an automated confirmation email.
If you still cannot find our confirmation email, please contact us at the following address: hello@roomtery.com giving us a new email address (if possible in Gmail) and we will modify and resend the email of confirmation.
If you do not have another email address, we will send you a direct link to track your order.
I received a package but one or more items are missing
For orders with multiple items, we may ship in multiple packages so that the delay of one item does not delay the entire order.
Therefore, it is common for your entire order to not be included in the first package you receive.
If you have not received your second package 4-6 days after the arrival of the first, please contact our customer service by email at the following address: hello@roomtery.com
How long will it take for order to be delivered?
A range of delivery date estimates is available in our shipping policy.
Is it possible to track my order?
Yes, of course all our shipments include the 'tracked delivery' option (100% free).
You will receive an email with your link and tracking number as soon as our delivery partner has processed and approved your order. In addition, you can track your shipment live on our site in the 'Track my order' section.
My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
We have noticed a few cases in the past months where packages were marked as "delivered" by USPS, yet they were not physically received by the intended recipients. In most cases, they deliver goods within 48 hours after the notification.
Also, the carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check:
* Garage
* With others in your household
* Mailbox - Packages may come separately from your regular mail; check again later in the day
* Porch
* Areas protected from weather
* Areas out of street view, such as under a mat or near a back entrance
* Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
If you have a multi-unit community mailbox and there is a key in your regular mail compartment, your package might be in a parcel locker. If you live in an apartment/condo, try contacting your building's management office to see if the package was left with them.
If you still can’t find your package and it has been over 48 hours since the 'delivered' status, use your tracking number and submit a service request to your local Post Office

We draw your attention to the fact that we respond to 100% of emails sent to us. If you have not received a response from our support within 48 hours maximum, please check your spam/junk folder as well as the email address to which you sent your email.

Returns & Refunds
I received broken or damaged product
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us at hello@roomtery.com.
If you received a broken/faulty/wrong item, include a photo of the defect/product, your order number, and a short explanation of the issue in your email.
When will I receive my refund?
Since the refund has been issued, your bank can process the payment up to 5 business days.
If you used PayPal to make your purchase, the refund will be instant.
Who is responsible for paying the return costs?
According to our policy, customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your items. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit.
How can I cancel the order?
The order can be canceled after passing through the checkout as long as it has not been shipped (generally within 24 hours). We recommend that you write to us as soon as possible at the email address hello@roomtery.com
If the order has already been shipped, we will communicate the return procedure to you in order to obtain a refund.
